Supported Browsers

Operate WebDX with one of the following browsers:

• Google Chrome (latest version) - Windows

• Safari - MacOS 10.14+

• iOS 13+ (FT8/4 not supported on iOS devices)

The browsers are untested, and some functionality may not work:

• Mozilla Firefox

• Older versions of macOS and iOS

• Built-in Android browsers

Supported Operating Systems (Desktop App)

If you are utilizing the Desktop App, we provide releases for the following operating systems:

• Windows 7, 8, and 10 (32-bit and 64-bit)

• macOS (64-bit)

Network Requirements

We recommend any internet connection type faster than DSL.

⚠️ Wired ethernet connections are always recommended. Avoid WiFi whenever possible.

🚫 Dial-up – insufficient bandwidth

🚫 Satellite – extremely high latency

🚫 DSL – usually insufficient bandwidth

⚠️ 4G – degraded bandwidth and latency
